Where does ArtisanBazzArts ship?
ArtisanBazzArts ship everywhere! The prices listed on the site include shipping to the US and Canada. If you’re outside these countries, just send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with a price that includes shipping to your country.
What about customs?
Orders shipped to the United States are not required to pay customs. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States may require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. Customers outside the United States are encouraged to contact their local courier or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes and fees.
How are orders shipped?
ArtisanBazzArts ship using local post and the order is delivered by the national post office of your country. For example, the USPS delivers all items for the United States and Parcel Force delivers all items for the United Kingdom. This takes anywhere between 2-5 weeks, but can be faster and slower.
How long does it take for items to arrive?
It can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks. Contact us to know whether your item will be shipped via DHL Express or standard mail.
Is expedited shipping available?
You can pay extra to upgrade from standard to expedited shipping, then your order will be automatically upgraded to DHL express. This will take 5-12 days to arrive. If you are interested, just contact us at email@example.com !
What happens if my item is lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived in 60 days, please reach out to us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll review the shipment and track it down. It is more than likely that your order is still on its way.
Does ArtisanBazzArt provide returns?
Yes! If there is a defect or problem, e-mail us at email@example.com and we’ll try and work out a solution that works for you.
My Product Arrived! What should I do?
Yes! Post your product on our Facebook page or on our Instagram page!
Can I request a custom order?
Yes! Just submit a custom ORDER REQUEST on any product page and we’ll take care of it from there.
Can I get a discount if I buy multiple items?
Yes! If you buy multiple items, we’ll pass the bundled shipping savings on to you. This can reduce the overall listed price of items between 10-40%. Just e-mail us the products you’re interested at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with an updated prices.
How do I buy?
When you find a product you like, click on Add to Cart on the product you wish to buy. The website will redirect you through the checkout flow. If you want to change the quantity, size or design of the item, contact us at email@example.com and we will take it from there.
Can I change size, quantity or design of the item I see on the site?
Yes! Just submit a custom order request on any product page and we’ll take care of it from there.or contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org !
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we are notified immediately to pack and ship the product to you. Therefore we don’t accept cancellations or modifications. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to advise if we were able to stop the shipment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept Paypal for now , other methods of payment will be listed soon.

Do the prices change?
One reason for the change in prices is currency fluctuation. This change is rare and is managed by Artisanbazzarts operations team. The other reason is that the products may change their value in the market which will conduct to a change of price.
